My name is Ryan Momberg, and for 13 years, I have made a career in education in South African schools as a teacher, Head of Department and now a school Principal.

 

In that time, I sat across from many parents and students. I saw brilliant, hard-working teens "hit a wall." I saw students with immense potential miss out on their first-choice university degrees because of strategic errors. 

 

What I realized was this: Most students don't have a "capability" problem. They have an "architecture" problem.

 

Moving Beyond Tutoring

 

Standard tutoring often treats the symptom (a bad test mark) but ignores the cause. At EduNavigate, we do things differently. We don't help with homework; we build the High-Performance Habits and strategic roadmaps that the modern classroom simply doesn't have the time to teach.

 

I founded this mentorship practice to bridge the gap between "getting through school" and "navigating toward a career."
